I love how much work and thought you put into the girl's pose and expression and the wolf's face - I can almost hear him growl. I have a small suggestion about her skin tone. The use of bluish tones for the shadow is good because your main color in the painting is blue. But it would look more realistic and lifelike with some reds and an opposing yellow in the highlights.
